Integration Labs is Joining Commenda

Table of contents
When we started Integration Labs, we set out to solve a fundamental problem: fintech, SaaS, and financial services companies struggled to access and sync their customers’ financial data. Accounting, payments, and e-commerce platforms operated in silos, making it difficult for businesses to build seamless financial workflows.
To bridge this gap, we built a unified API that connects with 30+ accounting, payments, and e-commerce platforms, allowing businesses to automate workflows for lending, expense management, invoice financing, and AP/AR reconciliation—all with a single integration.
One of the first companies to see the value in what we were building was Commenda—our very first customer. From the start, we saw how Spencer, Yaccov, and the Commenda team were rethinking global compliance, helping businesses navigate tax, incorporation, bookkeeping, and entity management in a simpler, more automated way.
Over time, Integration Labs became a core part of Commenda’s platform, powering their Sales Tax, Incorporation, and Bookkeeping products. As we worked together, it became clear that our missions aligned in a deeper way—and that we could build something even greater as one team.
That’s why today, I’m excited to share that Integration Labs is joining Commenda.

Looking Back
Building Integration Labs has been anything but linear. We started with an idea, pivoted, iterated, and learned through experience. Over time, we built something that helped businesses unlock financial data in ways that weren’t possible before. But beyond the technology, this journey has always been about the people.
To my co-founders, Sid and Parth—your vision and resilience kept us moving forward.
To Neeraj, Suraj, Tushar, and Ratan—your dedication turned ideas into reality, building something that made a real impact.
To our customers, investors, and partners—thank you for believing in what we were building.
I couldn’t be more excited for what’s ahead. Commenda is building something transformational, and we’re grateful to be part of this next chapter.
